To provide you with our partner network services and ensure seamless payouts, we collect the following types of data:
- Personal Information: Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and physical address (Area, District, State, Pincode) for identity verification.
- Financial & KYC Information: Bank Account Details or UPI ID to process your withdrawal requests. KYC documents (if requested) to comply with Indian financial regulations and taxation (TDS).
- Device & App Usage Data: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for push notifications, device model, and crash logs to improve app performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data exclusively to operate and improve the Partner App. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Create and manage your partner account.
- Calculate your network team size, direct commissions, and passive earnings.
- Process wallet withdrawals and securely transfer funds to your Bank/UPI.
- Send important account updates, OTPs, and payout notifications.
- Prevent fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, and fake referrals.
4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we may share your information with trusted partners strictly for operational purposes:
- Service Providers: Payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to process joining fees, and cloud servers (e.g., AWS, Firebase) for secure data storage and notifications.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, government authorities, or tax departments (e.g., filing TDS returns).

Your Right to Delete: You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data directly from the App by navigating to Profile > Account Management > Delete Account, or by emailing us at support.partners@studentnagri.com.
Upon deletion, all your personal identifying information will be removed, and any pending wallet balances will be forfeited. Transactional logs may be retained solely for accounting and legal compliance.
